Question:
since this already has a single zone controller, what would be needed to have this and this Replacement Premium Wall Thermostat for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner item # FR33PR together. i would assume I couldnt use them both at the same time. is it possible though?

Sorry Ira you're going to need to pick one or the other. The Replacement Air Distribution Box item # FACT11MA-PS you were looking at has the thermostat and controls built in. It's designed to replace a wall thermostat entirely. There's no way to use this with one.
If you want to use the Wall Thermostat for Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner item # FR33PR you would need to install the Replacement Air Distribution Box for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioners - LED - Electric Control item # FACT12LA-PS instead. This one doesn't have a built in thermostat and requires a wall one.
