How Often Do You Grease the Bushings on the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch?

How well do the polyurethane bushings hold up? How long they last? I see replacements available. Does that mean they need replacing at some point? I have a 10,000 lb trailer with a 1,500 pin weight. I like the idea that they isolate noise from the trailer

Expert Reply:
The bushings on the B&W Patriot item # BWRVK3200 will last quite awhile if you keep them lubricated with Lithium based grease like item # L11354. I don't have an exact time frame because it depends on how well you take care of them. B&W recommends to grease the bushings as needed so I would check every three to six months to insure they're lubricated. Like with everything else the better you take care of it the longer it'll last.
