Andrew, what it sounds like you're looking for is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C55384. This is going to plug directly into your OEM tow package wiring and provides a 4-way connector at the back of your Ford.

It also looks like you're looking at the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR, so if you're looking for a plug and play harness for that brake controller you can use the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # RED87FR.
