John, the Camco Vinyl Spare Tire Cover # CAM45254 is designed to specifically fit a 31 1/4" tire so with your tire being 30.8" it's not going to work. Instead, you'd need to use something like the Universal Spare Tire Cover # 052963753875 which will work with tires ranging from 29" to 31" in diameter.
