Can the top part of the jack, the clear piece that has the up and down arrows be replaced?

Deb, the clear piece on the Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack w/ Footplate # LC643589 can not be replaced, unfortunately; the override plugs can be replaced with # LC733925 but the clear piece can't be replaced.
