Will this bolt onto my 2018 Ram with goose ball on floor 2/516 and is it minimal chucking

The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W won't bolt onto your 2018 Ram 2500 or 3500 gooseneck's ball, it will only fit the B&W gooseneck/install kit for those trucks, and installs in the gooseneck hole.
For a 2018 Ram 2500 the part number for the gooseneck is # BWGNRK1384-5W, and for a 2018 Ram 3500, the part number is # BWGNRK1314-5W.
As for chucking, yes, the Companion will absolutely minimize chucking. It does so with its jaw system that has the least amount of slack on the kingpin compared to any other hitch, not to mention much larger jaws at a full 1" thick.
