Does Amp Hour of Battery Bank Need to be Set of the Go Power RV Battery Monitor Kit GP44FR
Published 04/09/2024 >
Question:
I purchased this panel and I replaced my single 100AH AGM battery with 4 each 100AH lithium batteries in parallel... I replaced the solar controller, wires and fusing as appropriate. BUT this remote display shows 100 charge but it also says 100AH... Why doesnt it now read 400AH? Probably a really newbie question so apologies in advance.

Hey Paul, you actually need to go in and set the max amp hour capacity of your battery bank in the settings of the Go Power monitor part # GP44FR. If you check out page 5 and 6 of the attached install instructions link you can see how to do this.
