All of the frame mount RV hitches we carry including the Curt Hitch part # 13703 that you referenced will require some drilling to install onto the RV. It really wouldn't be too difficult to install. I attached an install video for you to check out.
If you have a bumper you might be able to use a bumper mount hitch on your RV that would not require any drilling or cutting. If you have a 4 inch square bumper you would want part # E-100, if you have a 2 inch square bumper you would want part # C19101.
