Hello Thomas. The MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter # MF53009 is made to be universal, and it is not custom fitted for any one vehicle. So, while it could undoubtedly be made to fit a 2000 F250 V10, it is not necessarily a direct replacement, and some modification will likely be required. If you are looking for a direct fit, you will need the following:

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
