No, they will not but I have a set that will work with your 1996 Ford F-350 and they are compatible with B&W Gooseneck hitches. It is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL57298. These offer a 5,000 lbs load leveling capacity.
