The is the long Trunnion bar kit. What the length of the Trunnion spring bar? I know the regular kit is 28 5/8.

I confirmed with my contact at Curt that the spring bars of the Curt Trunnion Weight Distribution System part # 17302 is 30-5/8 inches.

You are also correct about the Curt Short-Arm Systems as they have 28-5/8 inch length spring bars.
