Can FOS05TASF be Paired to Cell Phone

Question:
Our 2023 Kodiak 283BHSL is equipped with a Lippert same as Furrion, maybe back up camera. Can the camera be paired to a tablet or cellphone? In other words, is it standard Bluetooth pairing?
