Will these fit on ITEM # MPG475 crossbars for Malone MicroSport Trailers - 78inch Long ??

The opening on the Yakima HandRoll Kayak Roof Rack # Y04082-2 isn't tall enough to completely clamp around the crossbars on the # MPG475. Yakima said that you can still use it if it is clamped onto the side but you will have to make sure it is tight enough to stay secure. Realistically if you want to use the rollers the best thing to do would be swing by a Yakima dealer and test fit to see if they are secure enough to hold your kayak.
I think it would be best to go another route so you don't have to worry about any of that. Unless you're really set on rollers you could use something like the Rhino-Rack Nautic SUP or Kayak Roof Rack # RR570 instead. This works with crossbars up to 3-7/8" wide x 1-3/8" tall so it will fit the Malone without any issues.
