Will a female style bike frame work with this unit. I have a 2011 pathfinder with 9foot pop up in tow.

All you will need to mount a women's bike or bike with a step-through frame on towing bike rack # C18013 is a bike adapter bar such as # 64005. The bar will clamp around the seat post and handlebar gooseneck and provide an artificial top frame tube allowing you to carry the bike more level. I have included a link to a video showing how the adapter works.
