Based on your images it appears you need the Replacement Head for Curt MV Weight Distribution Systems # C17075. It has all the same grease zerk positions, spring clips and the same design. You may be able to find a tag on the spring bars themselves to verify if they are Curt since it doesn't appear you have the tag on the head.
