Question:
Hello, I’ve got a 1999 StarCraft Venture 1706 Popup camper and I’d like to replace all the suspension components. Axle, leaf springs, hubs, etc. it has a Dexter axle but is too worn to identify the serial number. I want to replace it with a whole new assembly that has electric brakes, new leaf springs. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you.

To pick out an axle you'd need to know the length of the axle from hub face to hub face as well as the distance between spring seat centers and the capacity of the axle.
For leaf springs you'd need to know the axle capacity and the current length of the springs.
For the hub that is also based on the axle capacity and the trailer wheel bolt pattern. Once you know the correct hub/drums you'd be able to find the correct brake assemblies.
