Question:

I have a road master towbar and I’m going to install a hook up for a 2017 vw jetta, I already have the falcon and the crossbar from my previous mini cooper. It was the cross bar style hook up. What mount do I need for my Jetta? Also what wiring harness do I need for my Jetta? Thank you

I recommend using the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521238-5 instead of a crossbar style base plate so you don't have to use the adapter # 910021-00 with your Falcon tow bars # RM-522.

If you wanted the cross-bar style anyways, you can use the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521238-4.

For the rest of the setup, you're also going to need a braking system # BLU37TR with the 12 volt outlet kit # RM-9332 as well as a wiring harness # RM-15267.
