That one does not but I do have a Blue Ox one that will fit your 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. It is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BLU53FR. This one fits both the Rubicon with factory plastic bumper and the models with the factory steel bumper.
