Troubleshooting Furrion Vision S Camera Not Pairing with Monitor

Question:
Hello. I just purchased the Furrion 7inch monitor from your website and am trying to pair it with the Furrion backup camera on a 2021 Grand Design RV. The blue light on the camera is on, and we have power to the monitor but we werent able to get them to pair. In several of your FAQs you mention a Furrion Vision S manual. Can you please send it to me? Is there a chance that my Furrion camera isnt compatible with the monitor I purchased from your website?

Based on the year of your RV the camera that is mounted on the rear of it should be the same generation as the current Furrion Vision S so it shouldn't be a compatibility issue. Did you try pressing the pair button on the camera?
