For only the pigtail side of the 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring # HM40975-11998 you just need the Pollak 4' Pigtail Wiring Harness # PK11998.
I've attached an installation video of this Hopkins kit on a 2021 Colorado for your reference.
