I was not able to find any information off of the part number D0P1300069134 you provided. The only brackets we offer for the below listed Westin HDX Grille Guards that fit your 2012 Ram 1500 are included in the Replacement Hardware Kit for Westin HDX Grille Guards item # 57-354PK. The brackets included are not available for individual sale. They only fit these two grille guards.
