My question is about Furrion HE rooftop AC units. Are all the thermostats on these units require them to be hardwired in or is there a wireless option?

A wireless thermostat would be a nice feature for install, but the Furrion Chill HE air conditioners all have wired thermostats. That's the norm for RV air conditioners, so if you're okay with that, the Chill HE are a superb choice.
These ACs have a built-in start capacitor which means it stores energy so the AC will always be able to power up when need be, and will work whether you have ducts or no ducts in your RV. You can choose from 13,500 Btu or 15,000 Btu, and Black or White in color:
