For your 2024 Ford E-450 I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR. This brake controller is reliable and takes up almost no space in the cab. The main unit installs behind the dash so only the control knob is visible. The knob controls the braking power and also acts as the manual override.
As of right now we do not have a plug and play wiring adapter for any brake controller that is confirmed to fit the 2024 model. The same is true for the 2023 model so it seems unlikely there will be one, or perhaps manufacturers are running behind. You will need to use the # RED69FR for a hardwire installation.
