Based on the GVWR of your 2019 Jayco North Point 315RLTS it does seem like you have 7k axles. I recommend verifying this information to be sure. These axles typically use the # 14125A outer and # 25580 inner bearing found in the Timken # TMK92VR. However, there are two different grease seal sizes used for this axle capacity so you will need to identify the correct grease seal before picking up a bearing kit.

The # TMK92VR uses a 10-36 seal with a 2.250" inner diameter. If you find that your grease seal has a 2.125" ID you would need to get the # TMK32VR instead. If you have the axle tag the axle manufacturer will be able to identify the bearings and grease seal using the serial number. If the tag is worn or missing, you may be able to get the info from Jayco using your VIN. If all else fails you can measure using a digital caliper like # PTW80157.
