Question:
Can i use this diode to have 2 inputs for one light? ie have one input be powered by an auxilary switch and the 2nd input be powered by fog light wiring? Would it be safe if both inputs were powered at once? And would the light remain on?

Expert Reply:
No, the purpose of the Roadmaster Hy-Power Diodes # RM-792 is to allow electrical current to flow in only one direction - from the motorhome to the car - preventing electrical feedback.
Your best bet is to use a single pole dual throw switch # 37213095 which can select any one of the two inputs to the output depending upon the position of the switch.
