Question:

My boat has 7 ft bunks and the roller are 4 ft. What would be a good placement for the rolllers.

You could so with 2 sets of the 4 foot rollers, # DL21740, and either have the extra foot or trim them to length. Ideally you would want rollers anywhere the boat rests on bunks. These roller bunks can be attached directly to a flat surface or you can use bracket # DL21742 (4 needed per set).

We also have carpeted bunks, 4 feet long, all ready to be installed, # CE27810. Carpeted bunks have more resistance though than rollers. To mount these you can use bracket set # CE10000G-4 per bunk set. You would need 2 sets of bunks and brackets total to match (and slightly exceed) the length of the current bunks.
