To flat tow your 2010 Chevy Express Vans you'll need the following components:

Baseplate: For a 2WD 1500 model you'll need the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 3152-1. For 2500 & 3500 models you'll need the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-3140-3.

Tow Bar: For a 1500 model you would need the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plates # e64ZR. For the 2500 & 3500 models you'll need the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate # e84ZR instead.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit is compatible for all models and will allow you to display your motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights of your vans. These will both come with safety cables included so that you won't have to purchase them separately.

Braking System: Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700. This system will install permanently in the vans and won't require any setup after the initial installation. For 1500 models you'll tap into the white brake light switch wire for your indicator light. For2500 and & 3500 models you'll need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751484 in order to get the signal for the indicator light.

To avoid having to stop every few hours and run the vans to recharge the battery I recommend also installing a Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25 in both vans to trickle charge as you tow.
