Question:
I have a popup trailer in outside storage with 20.5x8x10 tires. The sun really does a number on them. What do you recommend for that size tire that will take the dry climate and intense sun here in Colorado?

Expert Reply:
I recommend using white tire covers like the SnapRing TireSavers # ST7006WH for the ground tires and the Spare Tire Cover # 290-1760 if you have a spare with your popup. Another thing you can do is use 2 sets of the Andersen Camper Wheel Chock and Leveler # AM3604 to raise the tires off the ground. This will eliminate the ground contact which can also degrade the tires while in storage.
