I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67JR as our best option for carrying a bike rack behind your 2024 Subaru Outback. This receiver has a hidden cross tube so you can only see the 2" receiver opening after it is installed.
For a bike rack I recommend the Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack # KU98VR. While this is one of the more expensive racks it can be the last rack you ever have to buy. Unlike some companies Kuat still makes parts for their bike racks even after the rack as been discontinued. So you will not have to get a whole new rack due to a single part being obsolete.
