Anti Rattle Option For A 2" Hitch With A 1-1/4" Adapter
Question:
I have a 2-in hitch receiver with a 2 in to one and one quarter inch adapter. I use this for my one and one quarter inch bike rack. Will be spring threaded block assembly fit inside the 1 1/4 inch bike rack and work for this setup? or perhaps is there a 2-in to one in one quarter inch adapter with a built-in anti-rattle? thanks

We do have a potential option for you, but the threaded block assembly # SHP2061 that you mentioned is not going to work for this purpose. If you are in need of an anti rattle device for this setup we recommend taking a look at the Malone Anti-Rattle HitchLock System # MPG908. This is a u-bolt style anti rattle device that is made to work with both 1-1/4" and 2" hitches. It will help to stabilize your bike rack in the hitch an eliminate any unwanted movement. There is no adapter with built-in anti rattle, so the Malone Anti-Rattle HitchLock System will be your best bet.
