Question:

I have a double axle steps nitro z18 trailer . Only beam is at an angle underneath steps . I saw a Ranger trailer simulator. You said customer drilled 2 holes ! Where these holes drilled into the beam ? I really don’t want to drill into the beam ! And what make up for the angle of the beam

It looks like the spot in front of your rear step could work as a mounting spot for the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons with LED Lights for Boat Trailers # CE27760.

I took a look at the instructions, and they only preface that the guides should be installed as far back as possible, so since your step is preventing you from going all the way back, the spot in front would be the farthest you could go.

You are still going to need to drill an 1/8" hole into your frame to ground the lights, and another 1/8" hole through the lamp locking screw hole to install the locking screw.
