Can you replace the 4045KA RV POWER converter in an RV with a PD4060KV? If so, is there a benefit to upping the AMPs?

Yes, you can replace a Progressive Dynamics panel part # PD4045KA with the higher amp rated part # PD4060K. Basically you gain ability to provide more amperage to more accessories but if you don't need additional power than what you have now it wouldn't be really gaining you much. Also you have to consider that you would need to make sure your wiring can handle the additional amperage.
