We do not have any manufacturer instruction manual for the Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock # BA64FR. I was able to track down a video of Kevin installing a very similar Bauer Door Lock # BA54FR on an enclosed trailer. This is basically the same as the Bauer # BA64FR that you mentioned, just minus the deadbolt. I have linked the install video below. Hope this helps.
