I would like to add that I could not find the recommended drill size anywhere, which is really pretty critical drilling through 1/4" steel, so I tried 1 hole with a 3/16" drill bit but it was just to snug for my liking (I was afraid that I might snap the bolt), so I went with 13/64" drill bit and it worked perfect for me.
