Hey Matthew, thanks for reaching out. Yeah, there’s a very good chance that awning will work on your 2021 Sunset Trail 272BH, but the big thing is verifying the actual awning rail measurement on your trailer first. RV manufacturers don’t always install the exact same size awning across a model line, so you don’t want to go off the trailer model alone.
What you need to measure is the distance from the center of one awning arm to the center of the other. If that measurement is 20 feet, then the # e64QV is the correct replacement size. Your Sunset Trail already came with a power awning from the factory, so structurally and electrically you’re already set up for this style of awning.
The other thing to check is clearance around the door and any lights or speakers near the awning arms, but on the 272BH there’s usually plenty of room for a standard 20-foot setup. As long as your current awning is a 20-footer and your mounting area is clean, this is basically a direct replacement situation.
What happened to the original awnings? Was it damaged?

Thanks, I'll measure the bolt hole distances to get the length. I rent the Camper and my last renter decided to leave the awning out in a storm so it's basically a mangled pile of metal now.
