I looking for above bed rails for my 2016 f250 for Curt Q20. My truck doesnt have the 5th wheel package port.

For a set of fifth wheel rails for your 2016 Ford F-250 we have the Curt # C16424-204 which will install easily and minimize drilling. It is also compatible with your Curt Q20 hitch as well.
