Question:

looking for High Pointe model 1701M, and cant find it. I have replacerd all door switches and the unit keeps blowing the 20A fuse. looking to replce it. thank you

It looks like the High Pointe Over the Range RV Convection Microwave # HP94ZR would be the correct replacement for your EC942K9E High Pointe microwave oven. It has the same exact dimensions, power output, and capacity.

What are the sizes of the ventilation filters?

@Curtis The ventilation filters on the back of the # HP94ZR are 7-5/8" wide x 5" tall. I've been trying to get them added to make it easier to replace, but haven't heard back from the manufacturer in over a week so I'd reach out to them directly if you're in need of new ones.

Hi Kevin, I have the same HighPoint model as above. Do you have any pictures, videos, or provide assistance how to remove the old microwave and install the new one? Do I need to purchase new support brackets? Thanks Jerry

@Jerry Look in the cabinets above the microwave and you should see a bracket that attaches through the bottom of the cabinet floor to the top of the microwave.
