How is the tension on this? Am I going to have to roll the whole paper towel back up when I get back into my trailer?

The Tow-Rax Spring-Loaded Paper Towel Holder # TWSPPTH has a spring tensioner on one end that provides enough tension so the roll doesn't come undone during travel, but not so much that it's difficult to spin the roll when it's in use. The only time you might have trouble with the roll spinning properly is if you have the really cheap paper towel that breaks off easily, but even then you can spin the roll by hand.
