To keep the rear end from sagging in your 2013 Ram 1500, I recommend adding the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL57365. These air bags have a 5,000 lbs load leveling capacity. Whether you're pulling a trailer or have a heavy load in your truck bed these will keep your rear end level with the front end of your truck.
I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get these air bags set up.
Since you have a 3" lift in the back you will also need the 2" Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers item # AL52420.
I also recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System item # AL58WQ to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
