Question:
I have an old Shasta trailes, arround 1972, and I was wondering if there is still roof vent gasket materials for this roof vent. This material does not push straight down but is pushed on on the inside lip of the metal roof vent!

The Camco RV Vent Installation kit # CAM25003, is designed for replacing or installing roof vents or side vents. It works with a variety of metal RV surfaces. This kit includes a roll of the gray putty tape that is 8 feet long and 1 inch wide, and several attachment screws.
The Ventline seal that you referenced is intended to work with specific Vent Line Roof Vents, where as the Camco product that I recommended above is a more universal product.
Another option is the installation kit # 344270KITW which is recommended if replacing the entire vent assembly.
If you need the garnish that is seen from the inside of the trailer, and may look more like a trim piece, please reply including the dimensions of your existing vent and I can track down the correct garnish ring for you.
