I have a 2017 HR that has a Assyrian step actuator curved “ A “ LCI PN 366043 Than under that are the numbers 7119. The problem is it sounds like it is grinding and it will not retract I think the gears are shot what part do I need.

The LCI part number you referenced cross references with the replacement motor part # LC379147. But since you are hearing grinding you probably need a replacement gear box which would be part # LC379160.
