We have 2 of these exhaust fans that need replaced but they were used in a modular home. Are they still going to work for what we need?

The Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent # VP-543SP will work as long as you have 12V power running to it. If you were referring to the Replacement Fan Motor for Ventline Exhaust Fan # BCD0390-00 you were looking at it will work as a replacement as long as you have a compatible Ventline model like the V2044, V2045, V2065, V2244, and V2265.
