The Fastway e2 L-Brackets # FA93-02-5150 are different from the Blue Ox # BLU42QR brackets you found. You will want to be sure to use the Fastway brackets or the Assembly # EQ95-01-5600 from Equal-i-zer can also be used as they share these parts between their weight distribution hitches.
