Does 5" Gooseneck Offset Move Pin Weight Further Back on Truck
Published 10/03/2023 >
Question:
When using a 5 inch offset ball in a 2013 Chevy 3500, does it move the weight back further also or is the weight still where the ball would originally go since it is the main connection for the offset.

Helpful Expert Reply:
The pin weight will still be focused on the connection point, so if you're using a 5" offset like the Draw-Tite # 19308 for a Hide-A-Goose the weight will still be at the center of the hitch.
