Does Curt Hitch C14355 Fit 1999 Ford F-150 Flareside

Question:
Will this hitch fit a 1999 ford F150 flareside truck. The first bolt closest to rear is 32 1/2inch on center. 14inch down from there its 34 1/4inch across. Hoping the oblong holes will help. Please advise Thank you
