Of this one, no. The Replacement Vortex Strip for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRM626 is the longest version of this product at 15 3/4".

I went out to the warehouse and pulled Pins and Thumb Clips #EQ95-01-9415 to measure them for you. The diameter is 3/8 of an inch. The usable length is just under 2-1/2 inches (2.45 inches). And the opening is 2.46 inches by 1.5 inches.
