Question:

The recessed mount leg is 1” shorter than the surface mount leg. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? What is the resulting height of a table top with each of these leg kits assuming a table thickness of 1”?

Expert Reply:

Both the Recessed # e69RR and Surface Mount # e79RR table leg kits are going to use the same 27" long table leg. The 26-1/2" and 28-1/2" measurements you see on our site are the heights from floor to base of table. So with a 1" thick table you will get either 27-1/2" if you use the recessed kit or 29-1/2" with the surface mount kit.
