Do Tru Ryde Grease Caps come with Grease Plugs

Do these come as pictured with the black grease plugs

I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Tru Ryde Grease Cap # RG04-040 and yes they do come with the black plug.
I have made a video which shows the grease caps with and without the plugs installed.
