Question:
I have read that you cant use the air bag systems from air ride with the b and w hitch because they use a frame hole needed to mount the hitch. But can you use the Blue Ox gooseneck hitch? It looks as though it uses the upper and vertical frame rail and not the lower frame rail that the air bags need. Can you verify this? Blue Ox did not have the install instructions available on your site. Thanks.

Whether you can use a gooseneck hitch with Air Lift 5000 air springs # AL88299 will have to be determined on a case-by-case basis by looking at the instructions for each hitch.
The Blue Ox Gooseneck for the 2008 Tundra # DH1400 is not compatible with Air Lift 5000 air springs # AL88299 since they share the same mounting point on the lower frame rail.
Another option is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORTUN4. These springs will not interfere with the Blue Ox Gooseneck # DH1400.
I have included a link to the instruction files for the Blue Ox Gooseneck # DH1400.
