Question:
I own a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid w a 1500 lbs tow rating. I am buying a 1200 lbs tear trailer with brakes an on boar brake controller. It requires a 7 pin connector to operate the brakes. What are my options as far as a comparable set for my car?

First you will want to start with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C39DR to connect to the tail lights on your 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. This will then connect to the 7-Way # ETBC7L. The 7-way includes the wiring needed to connect to the 12v vehicle battery. This is how the on board brake controller on your tear drop trailer will get its power.
I recommend using the Mounting Bracket # C58000 to secure the 7-way and 4-way connectors to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C64DR. This will ensure you do not have to drill into your vehicle rear fascia to secure the trailer connectors.
